Monolith Meat and Pasta Factory presents new product line GreenLine!

EMarché 2019, a top-class food fair by Edeka. This year it was under the motto: "Marketplace of Inspiration."

Monolith Meat and Pasta Factory used the marketplace to introduce their new product line GERMES GreenLine.

Everything here revolves around sustainability and conscious consumption. The green line from GERMES is a range of meat and sausage products that, in boiled sausage types, do not contain the following additives:

-Without aromas

-Without phosphate

-Without colorants

-Without flavor enhancers

-Without antioxidants

GERMES GreenLine sausages and Viennas are made from premium meat from regional farmers, as well as high-quality spices, and are comparatively lower in calories.

Monolith Meat and Pasta Factory continued to serve hundreds of fair visitors with their GERMES Pelmeni and Vareniki. Hot-cooked hearty Pelmeni with a beef/pork filling, as well as sweet dough pockets - Vareniki filled with aromatic strawberries, were especially popular at EMarché 2019 and gained numerous new fans.
