Our novelty – aromatic pancakes
Our top brand Germes Retro presents a new product "Pancakes" with two different fillings.
One of the two varieties is pancakes with aromatic meat filling – a hearty dish that can be quickly conjured up on the table.
The second variety has a delicate quark filling – a sweet snack for breakfast or dessert for the whole family.
The unique dough preparation method ensures the production of a uniform and even pancake. Fresh ingredients, their preparation technology, even distribution, and precise dosing of the fillings make our pancakes a delight.
The most popular way to prepare frozen pancakes for consumption is heating them in the pan:
- 10-15 minutes before frying, take the pancakes out of the freezer and out of the packaging.
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in the pan, then you can start frying the pancakes. (You can also replace the sunflower oil with butter, which will make the pancakes tastier and more tender)
- Gradually reduce the heat and fry the pancakes for 7-8 minutes until they are golden brown. Then flip the pancakes. Our recommendation to you: keep the lid on the pan.
- To make the pancakes even more appetizing, add 2-3 tablespoons of boiled water to the pan, cover the pan with a lid, and let the pancakes simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- Place the finished pancakes on a plate and serve with sour cream, honey, or jam (depending on the type of filling).
