For the first time, Monolith Meat and Pasta Factory participated in the Evenord trade fair.
It is the most influential forum for the South German food industry and was held for the 48th time this year.
In total, 153 companies were represented at the fair, which took place in October in Nuremberg, most of which came from the meat processing industry, gastronomy, and the hotel sector.

Among the 6000 visitors to the event were professionals from related industries: suppliers of raw materials and equipment, retailers and sales specialists, packaging manufacturers, and representatives of logistics companies.

One of the discoveries at the fair that caught the attention of many participants was the skinless sausages developed by the technicians of Monolith Meat and Pasta Factory, which are unique to the European market. During the fair, guests at the company's booth consumed around 1500 pieces of the innovative sausages.
